Check of a condition of working surfaces of a brake disk
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To raise forward part of the car and to remove a wheel (see subsection 10.4). |
| 2. To clear a brake disk. |
| 3. To measure by a caliper disk thickness. Minimum admissible thickness of a disk is specified in Technical characteristics. If thickness of a disk of less admissible, a disk it is necessary to replace. |
| 4. In the presence risok the disk can be removed and proshlifovat, but taking into account that its final thickness was not less admissible. It is recommended to replace brake disks from both parties. The face beating of a working surface of a disk has to be no more than 0,06 mm. |

Prevention
To check a condition of working surfaces of a brake disk without removal of a disk from the car.
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To raise forward part of the car and to remove a wheel (see subsection 10.4). |
| 2. To turn off two bolts of fastening, to remove a brake bracket in collecting and to suspend it on a wire to a body, watching that the brake hose was not overwound and did not experience excessive strain. |
| 3. For convenience of further installation of a brake bracket it is recommended to remove previously brake shoes (see subsection 10.5). |
| 4. To remove a brake disk. |
| 5. To establish a brake disk upside-down. Before installation to clear the interfaced surfaces of a nave of a wheel and a brake disk. To wrap two bolts of fastening of a brake bracket the moment of 70 N · m (7,0 kgfs · м). After installation to press several times a brake pedal for installation of the piston into position. |
