Numbers of contacts of a nest "10" on a payment of the block of the relay and safety locks
Check of supply voltage of the block
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To disconnect from the block a connecting block with wires. |
2. To include ignition and to measure tension between contacts "35" and "18", then between "35" and "9". Tension has to be about 12 V. Vyklyuchit ignition. |
3. On the car with automatic transmission to connect the voltmeter to contacts "9" and "32". To include ignition and to press a brake pedal. Tension has to be about 12 Century. If tension differs, there can be a break in conducting or the sensor of provision of a brake pedal is faulty. |
|
Check of an output signal to the relay of the fuel pump
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To take out the relay of the fuel pump from a nest in the block of the relay and safety locks. |
2. To connect the voltmeter to contacts "46" and "47". To turn a cranked shaft a starter, tension thus has to be about 9,5 V. Vyklyuchit ignition. If tension differs from specified, to connect the voltmeter to contact "46" and "weight" and to include ignition. Tension has to be about 12 Century. If tension differs from specified, means in conducting there is a break. |
3. To disconnect from the control unit a connecting block with wires. |
4. To connect an ohmmeter to contacts "47" and contact of "21" blocks of the control unit. The device has to show zero, otherwise conducting is damaged. If conducting is not damaged, the control unit is faulty and it needs to be replaced. |
|
Check of an output signal to the braking valve the engine (only on cars with mechanical transmission)
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To warm up the engine, temperature of cooling liquid has to be not less than +50 °C. |
2. To disconnect from the valve a connecting block with wires. |
3. To connect the voltmeter to contacts of a block. To start the engine and to untwist it till 2000 min.-1. To close a butterfly valve, the voltmeter thus has to show tension about 12 Century. |
|
4. If indications of the voltmeter differ, it is necessary to check conducting from the control unit to the valve. For this purpose to connect an ohmmeter to contact of "2" blocks of the valve (for release cars till 1985 to connect an ohmmeter to contact "1") and contact "14". |
5. The ohmmeter has to show zero, otherwise conducting is damaged. If conducting is not broken, and the ohmmeter shows some resistance, to replace the control unit. |
|
Check of an output signal to the perepuskny valve
An inspection is carried out on the heated-up engine at a temperature of cooling liquid not below +50 °C.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To start the engine and to leave to idle. |
2. Manually to turn on the switch of full opening of a butterfly valve and to check operation of the perepuskny valve for hearing. |
3. If it is not audible that the valve worked to kill the engine and to disconnect from the valve a connecting block with wires. |
|
4. To connect the voltmeter to contacts "1" and "2". If the voltmeter shows voltage about 12 V, to replace the valve. If tension differs from specified, to connect the voltmeter to contact "2" and "weight". |
5. To include ignition, the voltmeter has to show voltage of 12 V, otherwise it is necessary to check the wires going to a valve block. For this purpose to connect an ohmmeter to contact of "2" blocks and to contact of "8" blocks of the control unit. The ohmmeter has to show zero. If the ohmmeter shows infinity, in conducting there is a break. |
|
Check of an output signal of the control unit on a tachometer
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To connect the voltmeter to contact "7", having shifted a protective cover as the block has to be connected to the control unit and to "weight" from a control unit block. |
2. To connect a control tachometer. |
3. To start the engine, to increase rotation frequency till 2000 min.-1. The voltmeter has to show tension about 1,3 In, otherwise replace the control unit. If the measured tension is equal 1,3 B, but indications of a tachometer of the car do not coincide with indications of a control tachometer, it means that or there is a break in conducting from contact "7" to the dashboard, or the car tachometer is faulty. |
