4.6. Removal and installation of a radiator of the cooling system

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the accumulator.

2. To merge cooling liquid (see subitem 1-3 of subsection 4.1).

3. To disconnect bringing (3) (see rice. The cooling system of the 4-cylinder engine) or (20) (see rice. The cooling system of the 5-cylinder engine) and taking away (9) or (13) hoses of a radiator.

4. To disconnect the hose going from a broad tank to a radiator to remove a tank.

5. To disconnect conducting from the engine of the fan, the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid and the sensor of turning on of the fan.

6. To turn off from below bolts of fastening of a radiator.

7. To turn off bolts of fastening of the top casing 22 or the 9th radiator and to remove it.

8. To turn off bolts of fastening of a radiator from above and a nut from below approximately in the middle if it is.

9. To take out a radiator with a casing of the fan and the fan up.

10. To establish a radiator upside-down. Before installation of a radiator to check and if are worn-out, to replace rubber plugs of fastening of a radiator and the buffer. At installation of a casing of a radiator to track that the cable of the drive of the lock of a cowl passed through the corresponding opening.
