GENERAL INFORMATION

Screw of adjustment of quality (structure) of mix of the carburetor 2E2

 1 – screw of adjustment of quality (structure) of mix;

2 – adjusting screw of a vystupaniye of a rod of a pneumatic actuator of a butterfly valve of the first chamber

Adjustment is carried out on the heated-up engine (at completely open air gate) with correctly determined moment of ignition and at the switched-off consumers of the electric power.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To connect a control tachometer and a gas analyzer according to the instruction of manufacturer.
2. Rotation of the screw (see rice. Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine at the carburetor 2E2) to adjust the frequency of rotation of the engine within (750±50) min.-1.
3. To disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case.
4. To establish by the screw of adjustment of quality of mix the level of the content of carbon monoxide (WITH) in the fulfilled gases no more (1,0±0,5) % (at a screw wraparound gas mixture is enriched, at an otvorachivaniye – it is impoverished). To check and if necessary to restore the idling rotation frequency, and also the contents WITH in the fulfilled gases.
