6.1.16.2. Adjustment of a starting gap of the air gate

GENERAL INFORMATION

Lever of the drive of the air gate of the Keihin carburetor

1 – lever of the drive of the air gate;

2 – pneumatic actuator rod;

3 – the elastic band fixing the lever;

4 – pneumatic actuator of the air gate;

5 – case of the automatic starting arrangement

Adjustment of a starting gap of the air gate of the Keihin carburetor

1 – lever of the drive of the air gate;

2 – persistent lever;

3 – gtok of a pneumatic actuator of the air gate;

4 – the elastic band fixing the lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the air filter (see subsection 6.1.2).
2. To uncover the automatic starting arrangement (see rice. Keihin carburetor details).
3. To turn the lever of the drive of the air gate against the stop counterclockwise and to record in this situation.
4. To push on an arrow a rod (see rice. Lever of the drive of the air gate of the Keihin carburetor) pneumatic actuator against the stop.
5. To measure probes a starting gap of the air gate. It has to be (5,6±0,15) mm.
6. If necessary to adjust a gap, bending / squeezing and unbending/unclenching a lever fork (see rice. Adjustment of a starting gap of the air gate of the Keihin carburetor).
