6.2.14. Check of the regulator of pressure

GENERAL INFORMATION

An inspection is carried out on the cold engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the battery.
2. To disconnect a block with wires from the regulator (see rice. Basic elements of system of injection of fuel).
3. Again to connect a wire to the "minus" plug of the battery.
4. To connect the voltmeter to contacts of a block and to include a starter. If the voltmeter shows tension less than 8,0 In, it is necessary to look for malfunction in an electrical wiring.
5. To switch off ignition, to connect an ohmmeter to contacts of the regulator. Resistance has to be 20 Ohms. If the ohmmeter shows resistance other than 20 Ohms means the heating coil and the regulator is faulty it is necessary to replace.
