6.2.2. Removal and installation of the air filter
GENERAL INFORMATION

Basic elements of system of injection of fuel
1 – sealing ring;
2 – thermoswitch;
3 – nozzle;
4 – case of the air filter;
5 – laying of the measuring instrument;
6 – air consumption measuring instrument;
7 – stopper;
8 – reducing valve;
9 – fuel distributor;
10 – the bringing fuel-supply line;
 11 – collar;
12 – air duct;
13 – fuel filter;
14 – frequency valve;
15 – fuel accumulator;
16 – fuel-supply line of the return plum;
17 – starting nozzle;
18 – laying;
19 – pressure regulator

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the battery.
2. To uncover the filter with the filtering element (see rice. Details of the air filter and subitem 1-2 of subsection 6.2).
3. To weaken an inhaling of a bolt of fastening of the bringing fuel-supply line (see rice. Basic elements of system of injection of fuel) to pressure regulator to reduce pressure in a power supply system. After that to tighten a bolt of fastening of a fuel-supply line.
4. To mark and disconnect fuel-supply lines from the fuel distributor, having turned off fastening bolts.
5. To weaken an inhaling of a collar and to disconnect an air duct from the air consumption measuring instrument.
6. To turn off bolts of fastening and to remove the air consumption measuring instrument together with the fuel distributor installed on it.
7. To turn off a bolt of fastening of the air filter, to disconnect the holder and to remove the filter case.
8. To install the air filter upside-down.
