GENERAL INFORMATION

1 – the conducted disk;
2 – press disk assembled;
3 – plug;

Installation of the lever of a fork of switching off of coupling

 1 – coupling switching off fork lever;

2 – persistent plug of a cable

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a transmission.
2. To remove by means of a screw-driver spring clamps from both parties of a holder of the bearing of switching off of coupling.
3. To remove the bearing of switching off of coupling from the directing plug.
4. To take out the bearing of switching off of coupling from a holder, having removed previously fixing brackets.
5. To install the new bearing of switching off of coupling in a holder and to fix among themselves both parts of a holder fixing brackets.
6. To install the coupling switching off bearing assembled with a holder on the directing plug.
7. To fix the bearing on a coupling switching off fork, having established two spring clamps.
8. To check operability of a returnable spring. The fork of switching off of coupling under its influence has to move the bearing towards a transmission case.
9. To check distance from the lever of a fork of switching off of coupling to the persistent plug of a cable of the drive of coupling. It has to be 185 mm. Thus the pedal of coupling has to be released. If this distance differs from specified, it is necessary to rearrange the lever on coupling switching off shaft vents.
