7.4.2.7. Adjustment of the mechanism of management of gear shifting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To weaken an inhaling of a bolt 24 (see rice. Mechanism of management of gear shifting of KP of 014 type) terminal connection of draft of switching with the kulisny mechanism 22.

2. To remove the handle of the lever of gear shifting and a casing.

3. To install the gear shifting lever vertically on the line of inclusion of the 3rd and 4th transfers.

4. To tighten terminal connection of draft a bolt 24, thus the transmission has to be in neutral situation.

5. To include the 1st transfer.

6. To move the gear shifting lever to the left against the stop.

7. To release the lever. It has to come back to former situation, thus movement has to be from 5 to 10 mm. It should achieve movement of the hinge of the lever in longitudinal openings.

8. To include the 5th transfer.

9. To move the gear shifting lever to the right against the stop.

10. To release the lever. It has to come back to former situation, thus movement has to be from 5 to 10 mm. It should achieve movement of the hinge of the lever in longitudinal openings.

11. To include serially all transfers. Thus to pay attention to efficiency of blocking of a backing.

12. To establish into place a casing of the lever of gear shifting and to screw the handle.
