Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a half shaft from the car (see subsection 7.5).

2. To remove coupling collars 8 and to shift from the case of the external hinge an antisplash cover 11.

3. To unclench for short moustaches a lock ring 10 and to press the external CV JOINT from a half shaft, making effort for a holder.

4. To remove an antisplash cover 11.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove old lubricant.

2. To put in the hinge 90 g (models with 4-cylinder engines) or 120 g (models with 5-cylinder engines) jellied greasing of the G6 type or domestic SHRUS-4 greasing.

3. To establish on a half shaft an antisplash cover 11.

4. To Napressovat the hinge assembled on a half shaft so that the lock ring 10 was latched in a half shaft flute.

5. To establish new collars 8 and to press out on them locks.

6. To establish a half shaft on the car.
