Before removal or dismantling of system of release it is necessary to moisten all bolts and connections with the liquid dissolving corrosion products (for example, "Unism", WD-40). Before performance of any work with system of release wait until it cools down.
It is possible to check system of release for leak of the fulfilled gases as follows: to start the engine, to close an exhaust pipe a rag for a short time and to examine system.
In need of replacement of any element of system of release can be simpler to remove all system assembled from the car, and then to sort it.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To turn off nuts and to disconnect a reception pipe of the muffler (see rice. System of production of the fulfilled gases) from a final collector. |
| 2. To turn off bolts of fastening of a reception pipe to an arm on a transmission. |
| 3. To remove a ring (1) and (4), and then and all system of release from the car. |
| 4. If pipes of system of release do not manage to be separated, they can be warmed up in a junction a blowtorch. |
| 5. To collect a pipe (12) with a pipe (9) (or the muffler (10)) and the muffler (7). |
| 6. To put on a reception pipe hairpins of a final collector, previously having replaced laying. Laying has to be established by an otbortovka down. To acquire nuts, but not to twist them up to the end. |
| 7. To insert bolts of fastening of a reception pipe 12 to an arm on a transmission. To acquire, but not to tighten a nut. |
| 8. To establish rings and to suspend on them the muffler (7). |
| 9. To suspend into place the muffler (3) on rings (1) and (4). |
| 10. To attach the muffler (3) to the muffler (7) by means of brackets, having replaced thus a sealing ring. Finally not to tighten fastening. |
| 11. Shaking here and there, to achieve that all elements of system of an exhaust hung absolutely freely. To check that all elements of system had a sufficient distance to units of the chassis and a body floor that rings (1) and (4) were evenly loaded. |
| 12. To tighten nuts of fastening of a pipe to a collector and an arm of a transmission the moment of 30 N · m (3,0 kgfs · м). |

13. With effort to take away the muffler (7) so that the ring of a suspension bracket of the muffler was tense forward the car on 7 mm (distance And). |
| 14. To tighten all threaded connections the moment of 25 N · m (2,5 kgfs · м). |
