12.1.4.2. Dismantling and assembly of a starter
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To turn off nuts.
2. To remove a basic plate.
3. To turn out two vinta to uncover with laying.
4. To remove a lock ring with washers.
5. To turn off coupling bolts.
6. To uncover the party of a collector.
7. To turn off a nut and to disconnect a stator winding conclusion from the traction relay.
8. To take out the brush holder from the case, thus to wring out springs and to take out two isolated brushes from the brush holder.
9. To remove the case.
10. To turn off three bolts and to remove the traction relay from a cover. Thus the anchor of the traction relay has to remain on the drive lever.
11. To take out a rubber sealant of the lever. To remove an anchor of the traction relay from the lever.
12. To turn out a lever axis.
13. To take out an anchor from a cover from the drive. To remove the drive lever.
14. To bring down through a mandrel the holding ring towards an anchor. To remove the lock ring established under the holding ring.
15. To remove from an anchor shaft the starter drive assembled.
16. At a starter of Bosch 1,1kW to remove a reducer. To collect a starter upside-down, thus it is necessary to establish a new lock ring, and also to grease the rubbing surfaces of details.
