3.3.2. Adjustment of a tension of a belt of the TNVD drive
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To install the VW210 adaptation. Rotating the handle, to tighten a spring on 12-13 of scale units.
2. To weaken an inhaling of bolts of fastening of TNVD and, moving the pump up or down, as shown in drawing, to establish the demanded belt tension. To tighten bolts of fastening of TNVD.
3. To turn a cranked shaft on one turn and to check a belt tension. If it is required, to repeat adjustment of a tension.
4. To check, that tags v.m.t. coincided. Otherwise to check the beginning of supply of fuel the pump of a high pressure. It can be made only at service station, using the special equipment.
5. To establish a cover 33 (see rice. Diesel engine).
6. If near at hand there is no adaptation for control of a tension of a belt, it can temporarily be pulled so that it was overwound big and index by fingers no more than on 45 °. As soon as possible the tension of a belt should be checked the adaptation. Until then avoid operation of the engine on high turns
