Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To slow down the car the parking brake and to establish an emphasis under back wheels.
2. To weaken an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a forward wheel and to turn off a nut of 1 fastening of a half shaft.
3. To raise and establish forward part of the car on a support.
4. Finally to turn off bolts of fastening and to remove a forward wheel.
5. On models with an automatic transmission to remove holders of pillows of the stabilizer of cross stability and to disconnect the stabilizer from a rotary fist.
6. To turn off bolts of 4 fastenings of the internal CV JOINT to a flange of a half shaft and to take out them with lock plates 3.
7. To shift a half shaft up, having disconnected it from a half shaft flange.
8. To turn a steering wheel against the stop to the left at dismantle of the left half shaft or to the right at dismantle of the right half shaft.
9. To Vypressovat from a wheel nave shlitsevy part of a half shaft by means of a stripper and to remove a half shaft from the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear of dirt and the remains of special glue of a vent of a nave and half shaft and to wipe them gasoline.
2. To apply special D6 glue on half shaft vents (only on release models till January, 1988 and on models with an automatic box) at the length of 5-6 mm from an end face of shlitsevy part. After that the trial trip can be made only in 60 min. to allow glue to harden.
3. To insert a half shaft into a wheel nave.
4. To connect a half shaft to a flange and to wrap bolts of fastening of M10 with lock plates the moment of 80 N · m (8,0 kgfs · l) or M8 – the moment of 45 N · m (4,5 kgfs · м).
5. On models with an automatic transmission to connect the stabilizer of cross stability.
6. To establish a wheel and to acquire fastening bolts.
7. To acquire a new nut of fastening of a nave (on release models after January, 1988 – a special bolt).
8. To lower the car on wheels.
9. To tighten a nut the moment of 280 N · m (28,0 kgfs · м). On release models after January, 1988 to tighten a special bolt the moment of 200 N · m (20,0 kgfs · l), and then to tighten on a quarter of a turn (90 °).
10. To tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel evenly the moment of 110 N · m (11,0 kgfs · м).
