GENERAL INFORMATION

Details of the drive of forward wheels
1, 10 – a lock ring;
2 – internal CV JOINT;
3 – chekhloderzhatel;
4 – sealing laying;
5 – collar;
6, 11 – antisplash covers;
7 – half shaft;
8 – collar;
9 – external CV JOINT;
12 – dish-shaped washer

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a half shaft from the car (see subsection 7.5).
2. To remove a collar 5 and to shift an antisplash cover 6.
3. To remove sealing laying 4 and a lock ring 1.
4. To bring down from the hinge case by means of a copper drift a chekhloderzhatel 3.
5. To press the internal CV JOINT from a half shaft, putting effort to a hinge holder.
6. To remove from a shaft a chekhloderzhatel 3 and an antisplash cover 6.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove old lubricant.
2. To put 90 g of jellied greasing of the G6 type or domestic SHRUS-4 greasing in the hinge.
3. To establish on a half shaft a dish-shaped washer 12 (if it is available on a complete set).
4. To Napressovat the subassembled hinge on a shaft against the stop.
5. To establish a lock ring 1.
6. To establish a chekhloderzhatel 3 on the external case of the hinge.
7. To put on on a chekhloderzhatel 3 antisplash cover 6.
8. To establish a new collar 5 and to press out its lock.
9. To establish sealing laying 4.
10. To establish a half shaft on the car.
