2. To weaken an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a forward wheel and to turn off a nut of fastening of a half shaft.
3. To raise and establish forward part of the car on a support.
4. Finally to turn off bolts of fastening and to remove a forward wheel.
5. To turn off bolts of fastening and to remove holders of pillows of the stabilizer of cross stability.
6. To turn off two bolts of fastening, to remove a brake bracket in collecting and to suspend it on a wire to a body, watching that the brake hose was not overwound and did not experience excessive strain. For convenience of further installation of a brake bracket it is recommended to remove previously brake shoes (see subsection 10.5).
7. To remove a brake disk (see subsection 10.6).
8. To turn off a nut and to take out a bolt of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of the lever of a suspension bracket to a rotary fist. By means of mount carefully not to damage an antisplash cover of the hinge, to take a hinge finger from a clip of a rotary fist, having disconnected thereby the suspension bracket lever from a rotary fist.
9. To turn off a nut of fastening and to vypressovat a finger of the spherical hinge of steering draft from the rotary lever, having disconnected thereby steering draft from a rack.
10. To Vypressovat from a nave by means of a stripper poyluos.
11. To take off the decorative cap closing access to a nut of the top fastening of the shock-absorber.

|
Dismantling
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To squeeze a spring by means of the special adaptation.
2. To turn off a nut of the top fastening of the shock-absorber, holding a shock-absorber rod from a provorachivaniye by means of a hexagon.
3. To remove consistently all details of a telescopic rack.
4. To take off a protective cap.
5. To turn off a nut of the lower fastening of the shock-absorber (at service stations the adaptation 2069 is used) by means of the special adaptation.
6. To remove the shock-absorber.
|
Survey and troubleshooting of the shock-absorber
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear the shock-absorber of dirt.
2. To examine a shock-absorber rod. If the rod is bent or on a working surface there are peelings of a chromic covering, traces of corrosion, the tease, damage of carving part, the shock-absorber needs to be replaced.
3. To install the shock-absorber in vertical situation. To check a condition of the shock-absorber, moving the piston for a rod on all length of the course.
4. If jamming or lack of resistance throughout a piston stroke is found, and also obvious traces of dribble of liquid through an epiploon will be visible, the shock-absorber needs to be replaced. Fogging traces from liquid are allowed.
5. To clear a spring of dirt and carefully to check. In the presence of cracks or deformation of rounds to replace a spring.
6. To replace defective rubber laying.
|
Assembly
PERFORMANCE ORDER
