GENERAL INFORMATION

Telescopic rack of a back suspension bracket

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish an emphasis under forward wheels.
2. To turn off bolts of fastening and to remove a back wheel.
3. To establish a support under the back bridge and to lower the car to load a telescopic rack.
4. On models with system of stabilization of a body to take off a protective cap and, having turned out the valve of production of the air located on a tee to merge liquid. Then to disconnect the pipeline of system of stabilization from the shock-absorber.
5. To turn off a nut and to take out a bolt of the lower fastening of a rack.
6. To turn off three nuts of the top fastening of a rack.
7. To remove a telescopic rack from the car.

Dismantling, troubleshooting and assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Dismantling, troubleshooting and assembly of a telescopic rack are made similarly telescopic rack of a forward suspension bracket (see subsection 8.1.1.).
2. To establish springs of telescopic racks of a back suspension bracket. To tighten a nut of the top fastening of the shock-absorber the moment of 20 N · m (2,0 kgfs · м).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To insert from below a telescopic rack and to wrap three nuts of the top fastening by hand, without tightening.
2. To insert a bolt of the lower fastening and to wrap a new nut by hand, without tightening.
3. To tighten three nuts of the top fastening the moment of 20 N · m (2,0 kgfs · м).
4. On models with system of stabilization of a body to connect the pipeline.
5. To establish a wheel and to acquire bolts of its fastening.
6. To lower the car on wheels and to tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel evenly the moment of 110 N · m (11,0 kgfs · м).
7. To tighten a bolt of the lower fastening of the shock-absorber the moment of 90 N · m (9,0 kgfs · м).
8. On models with system of stabilization of a body to make a trial trip. Thus the system is pumped over automatically. After that at the working engine to check liquid level in a compensation tank and to add if necessary to a mark of "Max unbeladen". Thus the car should not be loaded.
