Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To install the car on a viewing ditch.
2. To establish an emphasis under forward wheels.
3. To weaken bolts of fastening of back wheels.
4. To establish a support under the back bridge and to lower the car.
5. To weaken an inhaling of an adjusting nut of the equalizer of the drive of the parking brake and to disconnect drive cables from the equalizer.
6. To disconnect both cables of the drive of the parking brake from arms on a body, having removed clips and having weakened an inhaling of lock-nuts.
7. On models with system of stabilization of a body to turn off two nuts of fastening of an arm of the accumulator of pressure and to suspend pressure accumulator on a wire to a body, without disconnecting from it hoses.
8. To disconnect brake hoses from pipelines, having turned off fastening nuts from both sides of the back bridge. To muffle openings of pipelines and to disconnect them from holders on the back bridge.
9. To turn off a fastening nut, to take out a bolt and to disconnect cross jet draft from the back bridge.
10. To weaken an inhaling of a nut and to disconnect pressure regulator spring from an arm of the back bridge.
11. To turn off nuts and to take out bolts of the lower fastening of telescopic racks from both parties.
12. To turn off bolts of fastening and to disconnect longitudinal levers from longerons from both parties.
13. To raise back part of the car and to roll out from under it the back bridge.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the back bridge.
2. To connect longitudinal levers to longerons and to wrap fastening bolts by hand, without tightening.
3. To raise the back bridge, to insert bolts of the lower fastening of telescopic racks and to wrap new nuts by hand, without tightening.
4. To connect cross jet thirst to the back bridge, to insert a bolt of fastening of shock-absorbers and to wrap new nuts by hand, without tightening.
5. To connect a spring of the regulator of pressure to an arm of the back bridge and to tighten a fastening nut the moment of 25 N · m (2,5 kgfs · м).
6. To connect brake hoses to brake tubes. To insert brake tubes in holders on the back bridge.
7. To connect cables of the drive of the parking brake.
8. To install into place the accumulator of pressure and to wrap nuts of fastening of its arm.
9. To tighten bolts of fastening of wheels on the car standing on the earth, evenly the moment of 110 N · m (11,0 kgfs · м).
10. To tighten a nut of fastening of cross jet draft and new nuts of bolts of the lower fastening of shock-absorbers the moment of 90 N · m (9,0 kgfs · l), and bolts of fastening of longitudinal drafts – the moment of 95 N · m (9,5 kgfs · м).
11. To adjust the parking brake (see subsection 10.13.1) and to pump over brake system (see subsection 10.15).
10. The lower bolts of fastening of a case of coupling to the block of cylinders.
