PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To clear the generator of dirt and dust.
2. To turn out screws of fastening and to remove the regulator napryazheniyaso the brush holder.
3. To turn off coupling bolts and to uncover the generator from the drive with a rotor.
4. To clamp slightly a rotor for polar tips in a vice and to turn off a nut of fastening of a pulley.
5. To remove a washer, a pulley and the fan with laying. To take out a spline from a rotor shaft.
6. To Vypressovat a rotor from a generator cover.
7. To turn off bolts and to uncover the bearing.
8. To Vypressovat the bearing from a generator cover.
9. To press the bearing from a rotor shaft.
10. To turn out the screw and to remove the condenser.
11. To turn out nuts and to remove washers, laying and an insulator.
12. To turn out three screws of fastening of conclusions of a winding of the stator to the vypryamitelny block and to remove the stator from a cover.
13. To turn out screws and to take out the vypryamitelny block from a cover.
14. To assemble the generator upside-down.
