7.3.2. Working cylinder of the drive of coupling

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect a hose (see rice. Coupling with the hydraulic drive) from the working cylinder and to muffle a hose opening.

2. To beat out a lock pin and to take out the working cylinder from a coupling case.

Dismantling and assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a lock ring (see rice. Coupling with the hydraulic drive) and to take out a pusher from the cylinder case.

2. To remove an antisplash cover.

3. To take out the piston and a spring from the cylinder case.

4. To remove a protective cap from the pumping valve, and then to turn out the valve from the cylinder case.

5. To remove a cuff from the piston.

6. To wash out details pure brake fluid and to wipe dry.

7. To assemble the working cylinder of the drive of coupling upside-down. Thus the cuff needs to be focused a working edge towards a spring, having greased it with previously pure brake fluid.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To install the working cylinder of the drive of coupling upside-down. After installation to pump over a coupling hydraulic actuator (see subsection 7.3.4).
