6.1.12. Removal and installation of the carburetor

GENERAL INFORMATION

Inlet pipe and carburetor of the engine with a capacity of 1,8 l

1 – heater of an inlet pipe;
2 – sealing ring;
3 – laying;
4 – inlet pipe;
5 – collar;
6 – hose of heating of the carburetor;
7 – flange;
8 – carburetor;
9 – fuel supply hose;
10 – laying of an inlet pipe;
11 – sealing ring

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the battery.
2. To remove the air filter (see subsection 6.1.2).
3. To merge about a half of cooling liquid (see subitem 1-3 of subsection 4.1).
4. To disconnect from the carburetor hoses of giving and plum of cooling liquid, an electrical wiring, an accelerator cable, fuel and vacuum hoses.
5. To turn off nuts (or bolts) and to remove the carburetor from an inlet pipe. To remove laying of the carburetor.
6. To install the carburetor upside-down.
