6.3.4. Adjustment of a connecting lath

GENERAL INFORMATION

Adjustment of length of a connecting lath

1 – roller arm;

2 – lath drive lever;

3 – core;

4 – connecting lath;

5 – adjusting bolt

The connecting lath is regulated surely in case idling rotation frequency was regulated.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To warm up the engine. Temperature of oil has to be not below +70 °C.

2. To turn the lever so that the opening in the lever coincided with an opening in an arm.

3. To fix the lever, having inserted into openings of the lever and an arm a core with a diameter of 3,5 mm (for example, a drill).

4. To weaken an inhaling of a bolt and to establish length of a lath such that the lever of the fuel pump concerned the limiter.

5. To tighten a bolt and to take out a core.
