7.4.4.4. Assembly of the lever of gear shifting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To grease all rubbing surfaces with Litol-24 greasing.

2. To insert into a rubber holder 19 (see rice. Mechanism of management of gear shifting (type I)) inserts 18.

3. To press into a rubber holder 19 lower hemisphere 17 assembled with a spring 12 and the top hemisphere 7.

4. To insert a rubber holder the 19th made narrower part into a support 21.

5. Similar to execute subassembly for the II mechanism.

6. To establish a basic cover 16.

7. To establish an arm 15 on a support 21 on earlier made tags and to wrap bolts of the 14th fastening.

8. To establish a spring 4 and a washer 3 and to record it a lock ring 2.

9. To screw the handle of 1 lever of gear shifting.

10. On the II mechanism to establish a rubber holder 7 (cm. rice. The lever of gear shifting (type II)) assembled with the hinge in the case 5 then to establish a metal ring 11 and a rubber support 27.

11. Before installation of a transmission it is necessary to adjust length of draft 32 (see rice. Mechanism of management of gear shifting (type I)) or drafts 2 (cm. rice. Mechanism of management of gear shifting (type II)).

12. To remove draft 32 (see rice. The mechanism of management of gear shifting (type I)) from spherical fingers 30 and 33.

To adjust length of draft 32 (b = 134 mm) by means of a nut 31.

13. To establish draft 32 on spherical fingers 30 and 33.
