Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To install the car on a viewing ditch or on the elevator.
2. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the battery.
3. To turn off a nut of fastening and to disconnect a cover with a speedometer drive cable from the speedometer drive case.
4. To turn off three top bolts of fastening of a transmission to the block of cylinders.
5. To weaken a tension of a cable and to disconnect it from the coupling drive fork lever.
6. To turn off a bolt of fastening and to disconnect a reception pipe of the muffler with an arm from a transmission.
7. To disconnect shaft of the drive of forward wheels from flanges (see rice. Transmission of type 014) output shaft of differential.
8. To disconnect electric wires from a transmission.
9. To turn off the remained bolts of fastening of a transmission to the block of cylinders and to remove an antisplash guard of coupling.
10. To remove a starter (see subsection 12.1.4.1).
11. To turn off from the coupling (see rice. The mechanism of management of gear shifting of KP of 014 type) the shaking coulisse the screw of fastening of a rod of the switch of transfers.
12. To remove jet draft from a spherical finger of the shaking coulisse and to disconnect a rod of the switch of transfers (see rice. A switching mechanism case) from the coupling of the shaking coulisse.
13. To establish a jack under a transmission.
14. To turn off bolts of fastening of back support of the power unit from both parties of a transmission.
15. To shift carefully a transmission back, having brought primary shaft of a transmission out of coupling. Then to lower a transmission and to take out it from under the car.
16. To establish a transmission upside-down. Before installation to clear and grease vents of primary shaft with graphite greasing, and also to put the disconnected drives of forward wheels on a beam of a forward suspension bracket.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear of dirt and to wash up outside a transmission.
2. To turn out oil-filling and masloslivny traffic jams and to merge oil from a transmission if before it it was not made.
3. To turn off fastening bolts (see rice. The transmission of type 014) and to remove a back cover of a transmission with sealing laying.
4. To remove an adjusting washer of the back bearing of a secondary shaft.
5. To shift a rod of a fork of switching of the 3rd and 4th transfers back until the pin (see rice is released. A case of a transmission of type 014) the castle device and to take out a pin.
6. To establish a rod of a fork of the 3rd and 4th transfers to neutral situation.
7. To shift back rods of switching of the 1st and 2nd transfers and a backing, having included thereby a backing and the first transfer for blocking primary (see rice. Transmission of type 014) and secondary shaft.
8. To turn off a fastening nut from a secondary shaft.
9. To remove a lock ring (see rice. Primary shaft of a transmission of type 014) and an adjusting washer from primary shaft.
10. To disconnect a transmission case (see rice. A transmission of type 014) from a coupling case.
11. To clamp a transmission case for a flange in a vice with slips from soft metal.
12. To beat out a spring pin from a fork of switching of the 3rd and 4th transfers, having substituted a support under a rod not to damage an opening in a case.
13. To shift back a rod and to remove a fork of switching of the 3rd and 4th transfers.
14. To establish a rod of switching of the 3rd and 4th transfers to neutral situation.
15. To take out primary shaft from a transmission case.
16. To beat out an axis of an intermediate gear wheel of a backing and to remove an intermediate gear wheel of a backing.
17. To beat out a spring pin from a lead of a rod of switching of the 1st and 2nd transfers and to remove a lead from a rod.
18. To press a secondary shaft from the back conic roller bearing. Then to remove one of internal rings of the bearing.
19. To turn out from a differential box cover the drive (see rice. Main transfer of a transmission of type 014) speedometer.
20. To turn off a bolt (see rice. A transmission of type 014) fastenings of a flange of a half shaft, having recorded a flange through openings under fastening bolts by means of a bar or a small beard.
21. To turn off bolts of fastening of a cover of differential.
22. To uncover differential with a sealing ring by means of two screw-drivers.
23. To take out differential assembled from a coupling case.
24. In need of replacement of the forward bearing of a secondary shaft to take out a lock pin of the forward bearing of a secondary shaft, and then and an external ring of the bearing from a coupling case.
