Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a lock ring 2 and an adjusting washer 3 from primary shaft.
2. To remove a gear wheel 4 4th transfers.
3. To remove the needle bearing 5 and to mark it.
4. To remove a lock ring 7.
5. To mark position of the coupling and a nave of the synchronizer concerning a shaft.
6. To press the synchronizer 8 assembled with the blocking rings 6 and 9 and a gear wheel 10 3rd transfers (putting effort to a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer).
7. To remove the needle bearing 11 of a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer and to mark it.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To install the needle bearing 11 of a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer on primary shaft, previously having oiled its transmission.
2. To establish a gear wheel 10 3rd transfers.
3. To install the synchronizer 3rd and 4th of transfers assembled with the blocking rings according to earlier made tags.
4. To establish a lock ring 7.
5. To install the needle bearing 5 and a gear wheel 4 4th transfers on a shaft.
6. To establish an adjusting washer 3 and a lock ring 2.
7. To check by means of the probe an axial gap between a gear wheel of the 4th transfer and an adjusting washer which 0,10–0,40 mm have to be. If the gap does not correspond specified, to pick up a new adjusting washer 3 demanded thickness and to replace. In spare parts adjusting washers 3,47 thick are delivered; 3,57 and 3,67 mm.
