Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To note in the axial and angular directions position of draft 18 (see rice. The mechanism of management of gear shifting of KP of 014 type) gear shiftings in klemmovy connection then to turn off a bolt of klemmovy connection.
2. To remove the central console (see subitem 1-8 or subitem 10-15 of subsection 11.23).
3. To turn off nuts 4 (see rice. The lever of gear shifting and draft of KP of 014 type) and to remove washers 3.
4. To remove the case 5 together with the gear shifting lever assembled.
5. To turn off a nut 8, to take out a bolt 10 and to remove draft of gear shifting.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To unscrew the handle 18 (see rice. Lever of gear shifting and draft of KP of 014 type) gear shifting lever.
2. To remove a lock ring 17 and a spring 15 with a cup 16.
3. To take out the lever of gear shifting 11 of the hinge 12.
4. To mark a relative positioning of the case 19 of the hinge and case 5 and to turn off two bolts 14.
5. To remove the hinge 12 assembled from the case 5.
6. To shift a rubber holder 21 and the fixing ring 20 down.
7. To move apart two halves of a cover 24 in a rubber holder 21 and to take out hemispheres 22 and 25 with a spring 23.
8. To take out halves of a cover 24 of a rubber holder 21.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To insert into a rubber holder 21 (see rice. Lever of gear shifting and draft of KP of 014 type) two halves of a cover 24.
2. Having moved apart covers 24, to insert the subcollected lower 25 and top 22 hemispheres with a spring 23.
3. To insert the subassembled hinge into the case 19 and to record it a ring 20.
4. To insert the lever of gear shifting 11 into the hinge 12.
5. To install the spherical hinge 12 with the gear shifting lever assembled on the case 5 on earlier made tags and to wrap bolts 14.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
To install the gear shifting lever upside-down.
