Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To press the leading gear wheel 2 (see rice. Installation of the leading gear wheel of the drive of a speedometer) the speedometer drive from a differential box.
2. To press differential bearings. It is recommended to mark them concerning what party they stood.
3. To mark a relative positioning of the conducted gear wheel and a flange of a box of differential. To turn off eight bolts 1 (see rice. Differential) fastenings and to press the conducted gear wheel 9 main transfers from a box 3 differentials.
4. A thin firm core to beat out a stopper of 10 axes of satellites from a differential box opening. To beat out an axis of satellites from a box.
5. To take out rolling satellites, and then to take out semi-axial gear wheels with round nuts.
6. To take out a separator 4.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish in a differential box the 3rd separator 4.
2. To establish semi-axial gear wheels 5 from krugla nuts 7.
3. To insert satellites into box windows, having entered them into gearing with semi-axial gear wheels. To insert temporarily both flanges of a half shaft and to turn them so that openings under an axis on a box of differential and satellites were combined.
4. To insert an axis of 8 satellites, having combined openings in a box and an axis under a stopper. To record an axis of satellites a stopper 10.
5. To heat the conducted gear wheel to temperature of 100 °C and to napressovat it on a box of differential 3. For this purpose it is possible to use two bolts of 1 of its fastening.
6. To allow a gear wheel to cool down and wrap all bolts 1 it fastening the moment of 55 N · m (5,5 kgfs · м).
7. To heat internal rings of bearings of differential to temperature of 100 °C and to napressovat them on a differential box.
8. To establish the leading gear wheel 2 (see rice. Installation of the leading gear wheel of the drive of a speedometer) the drive of a speedometer and to napressovat the plug of 1 drive, having provided its vystupaniye on 1,4 mm with selection of adjusting rings from 1,4 to 1,5 mm thick.
