7.4.1.9. Adjustment and installation of the mechanism of management of gear shifting

GENERAL INFORMATION

Mechanism of management of gear shifting of KP of 014 type

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To weaken a bolt inhaling 24 terminal connections of draft of switching with the coulisse 22.
2. To remove the handle of the lever of gear shifting and a casing.
3. To install the gear shifting lever vertically on the line of inclusion of the 3rd and 4th transfers.
4. To tighten klemmovy connection of draft a bolt 24, thus the transmission has to be in neutral situation.
5. To include the 1st transfer.
6. To move the gear shifting lever to the left against the stop.
7. To release the lever. It has to come back to former situation, thus movement has to be from 5 to 10 mm. This value should achieve movement of the hinge of the lever in longitudinal openings.
8. To include serially all transfers and to pay attention to efficiency of blocking of a backing.
9. To establish into place a casing of the lever of gear shifting and to screw the handle.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish into place a transmission, previously having greased vents of primary shaft with a thin layer of graphite greasing.
2. To wrap the lower bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine and bolts of fastening of an arm of a transmission to a beam of a forward suspension bracket.
3. To connect draft of gear shifting to the coulisse of the switch of transfers of a transmission, without tightening klemmovy connection.
4. To establish the lower protective cover of a case of coupling.
5. To connect drives of wheels to flanges of output shaft of differential, to tighten fastening bolts the demanded moment.
6. To establish a reception pipe of mufflers, having laid new laying between flanges.
7. To lower the elevator.
8. To attach a coupling drive cable to the coupling switching off fork lever.
9. To connect a speedometer drive cable.
10. To wrap the top bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine.
11. To wrap bolts of fastening of an arm of a transmission to a body.
12. To adjust the gear shifting mechanism.
13. To adjust a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling (see subsection 7.2.2 or subitem 1-3 of subsection 7.3.1).
14. To attach a wire to the "minus" plug of the battery.
