7.4.4.5. Adjustment of the mechanism of management of gear shifting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To weaken an inhaling of a nut 14 (cm. rice. Draft of the mechanism of gear shifting (type II)) terminal connection of forward and back drafts of management of gear shifting.
2. To remove the lever 8 handle (see rice. (Mechanism of management of gear shifting (type I)) and casing 7.
3. To install the gear shifting lever vertically on the line of inclusion of the 3rd and 4th transfers.
4. To tighten terminal connection by a bolt 12 (cm. rice. Draft of the mechanism of gear shifting (type II)) and a nut 14, thus the lever 2 switches of transfers has to be in neutral situation.
5. To include the 1st transfer.
6. To pressurize the gear shifting lever to the left against the stop.
7. To release the lever. It has to come back to 5–10 mm.
8. To include the 5th transfer.
9. To pressurize the gear shifting lever to the right against the stop.
10. To release the lever. It has to come back to 5–10 mm.
11. If movement of the lever does not keep within the specified ranges, it is necessary to carry out adjustment. It can achieve movement of an arm 23 (cm. rice. Lever of gear shifting (type II)) to the right or to the left.
12. To check the clearness of switching of all transfers.
