12.2.1.2. Dismantling and assembly of the distributor of ignition

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the distributor (see subsection 12.2.1.1).
2. To unfasten two springs and to uncover.
3. To remove the runner.
4. To remove the antidust screen.
5. To note the provision of an anchor concerning the distributor roller, to remove an anchor and an adjusting pin.
6. To turn out screws and to remove the vacuum proofreader.
7. To turn out the screw and to remove the Hall sensor with a block nest.
8. To turn out screws and to remove a motionless plate with laying.
9. After dismantling to clear all details and knots of dust and dirt.
10. To examine a cover from within. If there are cracks or burned out contacts, the cover needs to be replaced. To check a condition of a contact piece of coal with a spring.
11. To create depression in the vacuum proofreader. Under the influence of depression draft of the vacuum proofreader has to move. If it does not occur, the diaphragm means is torn and the vacuum proofreader it is necessary to replace.
12. To assemble the ignition distributor upside-down.
