PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To merge oil from a transmission case if it it was not made earlier.
2. To turn out the switch of light of a backing.
3. To beat out a cap 27 of a transmission cover by means of the suitable tool.
4. To record primary shaft 46 from a pro-collar for vents and to turn off a bolt 26 from an opposite end face of primary shaft.
5. To turn off bolts of the 28th fastening and to uncover 24 transmissions, having pressed thus the back bearing from primary shaft.
6. To beat out a spring pin 31 of a lead 32 rods of switching of the 1st and 2nd transfers, having substituted a support under a rod not to damage an opening in a case.
7. To shift back a rod of the 35th switching of a fork of the 3rd and 4th transfers, having included thereby the 3rd transfer.
8. To turn to the left the switch of transfers 30, having brought out of a groove of a rod of the 3rd and 4th transfers, and to take out it from a transmission case.
9. To remove a lead 32 from a rod of 41 forks of the 1st and 2nd transfers.
10. To beat out a spring pin 19 of a fork of inclusion of the 5th transfer, having substituted a support under a rod not to damage an opening in a case.
11. To press the second internal ring of the back bearing from primary shaft.
12. To press from primary shaft a nave 22 with a gear wreath.
13. To remove two rows of the needle bearing 17 with an internal ring 16 and a persistent washer 15.
14. To block a secondary shaft from a pro-collar for what to include one of transfers and to record primary shaft from a pro-collar.
15. To turn off a nut 33 from an end face of a secondary shaft.
16. To press a gear wheel 34 5th transfers from a secondary shaft.
17. To establish all rods of forks of gear shifting in neutral situation.
18. To turn off bolts of fastening and to disconnect a case of the 12th transmission together with primary and secondary in bulk from a coupling case.
19. To clamp a transmission case for inflow in a vice with slips from soft metal.
20. To beat out a spring pin 44 of a fork of switching of the 3rd and 4th transfers, having substituted a support under a rod not to damage an opening in a case.
21. To shift back a rod of a fork of switching of the 3rd and 4th transfers and to remove a switching fork.
22. To remove a secondary shaft 39 of a transmission case as far as it is possible, and to take out primary shaft 46 of a case.
23. To establish a rod of switching of the 3rd and 4th transfers to neutral situation.
24. To Vypressovat axis 36 of an intermediate gear wheel of a backing, having removed thus a gear wheel 45.
25. To take out a secondary shaft 39 at the same time with a rod 41 and a fork of 42 switchings of the 1st and 2nd transfers from a case of the 12th transmission.
26. To turn out a speedometer drive reducer.
27. To turn off a bolt of 1 fastening of a flange of 2 half shafts, having recorded a flange through openings under fastening bolts by means of a bar or a small beard.
28. To turn off bolts of 3 fastenings of a cover 4 differentials.
29. To uncover 4 differentials with a sealing ring by means of two screw-drivers.
30. To take out differential 5 assembled from a coupling case.
