PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish an external ring 3 (see rice. A secondary shaft of KP of 013 type) the forward roller bearing of a secondary shaft and to record it on KP of 013 type a pin 2, and on KP of 093 type a bolt with an internal hexagon.
2. To establish clamps 5 (see rice. A case of a transmission of type 013), lock plungers 9 and a lock finger of 10 rods of forks of gear shifting in case they were taken out.
3. To establish in a case 12 (see rice. A transmission of type 013) transmissions a secondary shaft 39 with a fork 42 and a rod of 41 switchings of the 1st and 2nd transfers.
4. To establish an intermediate gear wheel of the 45th backing on axis 36 and to press it in a case of the 12th transmission.
5. To establish primary shaft 46 in a case of the 12th transmission, having entered into gearing of a gear wheel of primary and secondary shaft.
6. To establish a fork of 43 switchings of the 3rd and 4th transfers to a synchronizer coupling groove, to insert a rod into an opening of a fork and to record a fork on a rod a pin 44.
7. To establish all rods of forks of gear shifting in neutral situation.
8. To Napressovat the second internal ring 38 back two-row conic roller bearings of a secondary shaft 39.
9. To establish on primary shaft the 46th washer by the 15th acting part towards a transmission case.
10. To heat to temperature of 120 °C and to napressovat against the stop an internal ring 16 needle bearings of the 5th transfer, using thus the corresponding mandrel.
11. To heat to temperature of 120 °C and to napressovat a gear wheel 34 5th transfers on a secondary shaft 39 against the stop.
12. To establish both rows of the needle bearing 17 on primary shaft.
13. To establish on primary shaft the 46th gear wheel 18 5th transfers with the synchronizer and a fork of the 20th inclusion of the 5th transfer.
14. To fix a fork 20 on a rod a pin 19.
15. To heat to temperature of 120 °C and to establish against the stop a nave 22 with a gear wreath.
16. To Napressovat an internal ring of the back bearing on primary shaft.
17. To attach a case of the 12th transmission to a case of the 8th coupling, having established between them laying 10 and to wrap bolts of the 13th fastening the moment of 25 N · m (2,5 kgfs · м).
18. To include one of transfers and to record primary shaft from a pro-collar.
19. To tighten a nut 33 at an end face of a secondary shaft the moment of 100 N · m (10,0 kgfs · l) and to zakontrit it.
20. To establish a lead 32 on a rod of a fork of switching of the 1st and 2nd transfers.
21. To shift back a rod of the 35th switching of a fork of the 3rd and 4th transfers, having included thereby the 3rd transfer.
22. To insert the switch of transfers 30 into a case of a transmission and to bring a switch rod leg to a groove of a rod of a fork of the 3rd and 4th transfers.
23. To record a pin a lead 32 on a rod of a fork of switching of the 1st and 2nd transfers.
24. To establish all rods of forks of gear shifting in neutral situation.
25. To establish a cover 6 (see rice. A cover of a transmission of KP of 013 type) transmissions with laying 23 (see rice. The transmission of type 013) and to wrap bolts of the 28th fastening the moment of 25 N · m (2,5 kgfs · l), previously having applied a sealant layer on a carving.
26. To wrap a bolt 26 on the end of primary shaft the moment of 45 N · m (4,5 kgfs · l) and to establish a new cap 27.

Prevention

When replacing the back bearing of a secondary shaft, secondary shaft, cases of a transmission and coupling, and also differential adjustment of the leading gear wheel of a secondary shaft and lateral gap of the main transfer and pretightness of bearings of differential is required. These works demand use of the special equipment and equipment therefore they are recommended to be seen off at service station.
