Adjustment of cables of management of a butterfly valve and gear shifting (automatic box of type 087)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To start the engine and to warm up it up to the working temperature.
2. To leave to idle the engine.
3. To disconnect draft 10 (cm. rice. An automatic transmission of type 087)) the drive of a butterfly valve from the lever 9.
4. To remove the mechanism of management cruise control.
5. To adjust draft length the 10th tip 11, having turned the lever 9 against the stop so that it fastened to the lever 12 of a butterfly valve and to the lever 9 without tightness. Thus the butterfly valve has to be closed completely.
6. To disconnect draft of the 6th management of a butterfly valve from the lever 16.
7. To press against the stop a pedal of the 14th accelerator and to record it in this situation.
8. To disconnect a returnable spring 1 from the lever 16.
9. To turn the lever 16 to the limiter.
10. In this situation to connect draft 6 to the lever 16 and to establish a spring 1.
11. To check correctness of work of a butterfly valve and gear shifting.

Adjustment of cables of management of a butterfly valve and gear shifting (automatic box of type 089)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To start the engine and to warm up it up to the working temperature.
2. To leave to idle the engine.
3. To disconnect a cable 9 (cm. rice. An automatic transmission of type 089) from the lever 16.
4. To weaken adjusting nuts of the 10th fastening of a cable in an arm 8.
5. At completely closed butterfly valve to record a cable 9.
6. By means of adjusting nuts 10 to eliminate sagging of a cover of a cable.
7. To disconnect a spring 1 from the lever 16.
8. To press against the stop a pedal of the 14th accelerator and to record it in this situation.
9. To disconnect a cable 7 from the lever 16.
10. To turn the lever 16 to the limiter and to record it in this situation.
11. Having pulled a cable 7 against the stop, to record it a bolt in the lever 16.
12. To connect a spring 1.
13. To check correctness of work of a butterfly valve and gear shifting.

Adjustment of the mechanism of gear shifting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To install the lever 11 (cm. rice. The mechanism of management of gear shifting) the selector in the situation "P".
2. To disconnect a cable from the selector lever, having turned off a nut 3.
3. To take away the lever 16 (cm. rice. An automatic transmission of type 087)) on a transmission against the stop (in the situation corresponding to the position "P" of the lever of the selector).
4. To pull a cable and to wrap a nut (cm. rice. Mechanism of management of gear shifting) its fastenings.
5. To check correctness of gear shifting.
