GENERAL INFORMATION

Pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering (5-cylinder engine)

1 – bolt;
2 – a forward arm on the pump;
3 – arm;
4 – a back arm on the pump;
5 – the bringing hose;
6 – the taking-away hose;
7 – a hose of supply of liquid to a receiver;
8, 10 – nuts;

9 – adjusting bolt;
11 – adjusting level;
12 – pump;
13 – bolt of fastening of an adjusting level;
14 – bolt of an adjusting level;
15 – belt

Pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering (4-cylinder engine)

1 – adjusting washer;
2 – external half of a pulley;
3 – belt;
4 – internal half of a pulley;
5 – forward arm;
6 – pump;
7 – the taking-away hose;
8 – the bringing hose;
9 – back arm;
10 – level;
11 – a hose of supply of liquid to a receiver

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To take off a pump drive belt.
2. To mark hoses, for example, an adhesive tape. To turn off the bringing bolts of fastening and to disconnect hoses from the pump, having removed sealing rings (them surely replace).
3. To turn out an adjusting bolt and a bolt of an adjusting level.
4. To turn off a nut, to take out a bolt and to remove the pump from an arm.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To install the pump on an arm, to insert a bolt and to wrap a fastening nut, without tightening it.
2. To connect hoses tips to the pump according to earlier made marking and to wrap the bringing bolts, previously having put new sealing rings. To tighten the bringing bolts the corresponding moment. To watch that hoses were not overwound.
3. To establish and pull a driving belt (see subsection 9.10).
4. To pump over hydraulic system of a steering (see subsection 9.9).
