Replacement of brake shoes

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To install the car on the parking brake.
2. To establish basic whetstones under back wheels.
3. To weaken an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a forward wheel.
4. To raise and establish forward part of the car on support.
5. To remove a wheel, having turned off finally fastening bolts.
6. To wash out the brake mechanism warm water and to dry. Application for cleaning of brakes of gasoline, diesel fuel or any other mineral solvents is inadmissible.
7. To check wear of brake shoes through an opening in the bracket case. If thickness of frictional overlays of blocks at least on the one hand is less than 2 mm, sets of blocks need to be replaced on both forward wheels.
8. To disconnect a block with wires from the sensor of wear of brake shoes.
9. To remove antisplash caps from both directing fingers.
10. To turn off both directing a finger.
11. To remove the case of a bracket and to suspend it on a wire to a body, watching that the brake hose was not overwound and did not experience excessive strain.
12. To mark brake shoes if old blocks as replacement of internal and external blocks among themselves, and also between left and right wheels is inadmissible are established again. It can lead to uneven braking. To remove brake shoes.
13. To clear of dirt and a rust of a detail of a brake, especially seats of brake shoes. Application for cleaning of brakes of gasoline, diesel fuel or any other mineral solvents is inadmissible.
14. If new brake shoes are established, it is necessary to press the piston into the cylinder accurately. Thus to watch that the piston did not warp.
15. To establish brake shoes on the bracket basis, watching that press springs stood parallel to the upper edge of brake shoes. Old blocks need to be established according to earlier made marking.
16. To install the bracket case.
17. To wrap the directing fingers the moment of 25 N · m (2,5 kgfs · l) and to establish on them antisplash caps.
18. To connect a block with wires to the sensor of wear of blocks.
19. To establish a forward wheel and to acquire fastening bolts.
20. To lower the car on the earth and to tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel evenly on a diagonal the moment of 110 N · m (11,0 kgfs · м).
21. To press several times a brake pedal for installation of the piston into position.
22. To check the level of brake fluid in a tank and if necessary to add.
