10. To disconnect a tip of a cable of the drive of the parking brake from the driving lever. |
11. To clamp the lower ends of blocks in a vice. |
12. To disconnect a press spring of an adjusting wedge. |
13. To disconnect the top coupling spring. |
14. To disconnect a clamping spring of a rasporny level and to remove a rasporny level. |
15. To clear all details of the brake mechanism. |
16. To connect a clamping spring to a new forward block and a rasporny level. Then, overcoming effort of a spring, to insert the end of a rasporny level into a groove of a back block and to establish an adjusting wedge, having oriented it a ledge towards a brake board. |
17. To insert other end of a rasporny level into a groove of a forward block and to establish the top coupling spring. |
18. To connect a tip of a cable of the drive of the parking brake to the driving lever. |
19. To insert the top socks of blocks into grooves of pistons of the wheel cylinder. |
20. To establish the lower coupling spring and to insert the lower socks of blocks into the lower support. |
21. To establish a press spring of an adjusting wedge. |
22. To establish on cup cores with clamping springs and to record, having turned them on 90 ° and holding thus cores from the inside of a brake board. |
23. To install the brake drum. |
24. To establish a wheel. |
25. After completion of work several times vigorously to press a brake pedal for installation of the demanded gaps between blocks and a working surface of drums.
Prevention
If on details of the brake mechanism lubricant is found, it is necessary to replace a half shaft bearing epiploon.
