PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To install the car on the parking brake. |
2. To establish basic whetstones under back wheels. |
3. To weaken an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a forward wheel. |
4. To raise and establish forward part of the car on support. |
5. To remove a wheel. |
6. To turn off a fastening nut, to separate brake hoses and to muffle an opening of the brake hose which remained on the car. |
7. To turn away two directing fingers (see rice. A brake bracket of Teves firm), having removed previously antisplash caps, and to remove the bracket case. |

Dismantling
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To remove a protective cover (see rice. Brake bracket of Teves firm) piston. To clamp the bracket case in a vice with overlays of sponges from soft metal. To take out the piston from the cylinder, having given compressed air via the union for a brake hose and holding the piston with a hand or having enclosed a wooden level. |
2. To take out a sealing ring from the cylinder, using a wooden shovel. Application of metal subjects is not recommended as it can lead to damage of a pro-point of the cylinder under a sealing ring. |
3. To unscrew the pumping valve. |
4. To wash out the piston and the cylinder fresh brake fluid. |

Survey and troubleshooting of details of the case of a bracket
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To examine a working surface of the piston and cylinder. In the presence on working surfaces of the piston and cylinder of wear tracks, corrosion, sinks and zaboin to replace the bracket case complete with the piston. |
2. The sealing ring and a protective cap of the piston are subject to obligatory replacement. |

Assembly
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To grease an internal surface of the cylinder with fresh brake fluid. |
2. To grease a new sealing ring with fresh brake fluid and to insert into a cylinder pro-point. |
3. To grease a new protective cover with fresh brake fluid and to insert it into a pro-point on the piston. |
4. To insert the piston into the cylinder by effort of fingers, without using any tools, and by means of a screw-driver accurately to insert an external edge of a protective cover into a cylinder pro-point. |
5. To grease the pumping valve with fresh brake fluid and to screw it in the bracket case. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
The bracket case as it should be, the return to removal is installed. Thus to wrap two directing fingers the moment of 25 N · m (2,5 kgfs · l), holding thus the directing finger with a key. After installation to pump over the brake which underwent repair (see subsection 10.15). |
