Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Release models till December, 1987.
1. To pick up a screw-driver forward part of a decorative overlay of the handle and to remove it.
2. To turn out the screw of fastening of the handle located under a slip.
3. To open a door and to take out the rubber cap located around the lock.
4. To turn out two screws of fastening of the handle.
5. To extend carefully on itself the handle from a door, having brought a hook in forward part out of a door opening.
6. To disconnect drafts from the handle, having raised by means of a screw-driver the holder, and to remove the external handle of a door.
Release models since December, 1987.
7. To disconnect draft of blocking of the lock and executive draft from the handle.
8. To remove brackets, having turned them on 65 °.
9. To turn out the screw and to remove the handle.

Dismantling (removal of the cylinder of the switch of the lock)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To insert a key into the lock switch.
2. To turn out the screw of fastening and to take out the clown of the cylinder of the switch of the lock with a spring.
3. To take out the lock switch cylinder with a key.
4. To wind the cylinder with an insulating tape and only after that to take out from it a key. Otherwise suvalda will drop out of the cylinder.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To insert the lock switch cylinder into the handle.
	2. To establish a spring (1). For this purpose to squeeze it and to put on one its end a ledge (2).
3. To establish the clown on a tetrahedron against the stop. Thus to watch that the ledge was between the ends of a spring.
4. To screw the fastening screw.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Release models till December, 1987.
1. To insert a hook on forward part of the handle into an opening of a door and to connect to the draft handle by means of a screw-driver. Thus to put on a tip of direct draft a metal spherical finger, and a tip of curved draft – on a plastic spherical finger. To record drafts holders.
2. To insert finally external handle into a door with laying.
3. To screw screws of fastening of the handle.
4. To establish a rubber cap.
5. To establish a decorative slip.
6. To check operation of the handle. The lock has to open easily and reliably be locked.
Release models since December, 1987.
7. To install the handle upside-down of removal.
8. Thus to establish a bracket in situation B, and then to turn it in situation A.
	9. Deepening in the handle has to enter gearing with a bracket. The ends of a spring (1) have to be in the squeezed state at the left and to the right of the driving lever (2).
