GENERAL INFORMATION

System of heating and ventilation
1 – lower air duct;
2 – air supply adjustment mechanism;
3 – fan;
4 – air supply air duct;
 5 – cable;
6 – connecting cuff;
7 – back air duct

Levers of gates of a heater
1 – the lever of the gate regulating
air supply;
2 – radiator gate lever;
3 – lever of the gate of adjustment of temperature;
 4 – lever of the gate of the lower air duct;
5 – lever of the gate of lateral air ducts

Heater fan
1 – ventilating tube of the engine;

2 – lock ring;

3 – washer;

4 – figured washer;

5 – heater case

Heater
1 – casing;
2 – the electric motor with a krylchatka of the fan;
 3 – radiator;
4 – hose of removal of air;
5 – plate

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the battery.
2. To merge liquid from the cooling system (see subsection 4.1).
3. To remove levers of a screen wiper and a cover of the water taking away casing.
4. To disconnect a cable from the air supply air duct gate lever.
5. To disconnect a cable from the heater radiator gate lever.
6. To disconnect a cable from the lever of the gate of the lower air duct under the dashboard.
7. To disconnect from a block heater with wires.
8. To disconnect air ducts from a heater.
9. To weaken collars and to disconnect hoses from a heater radiator.
10. To remove a heater.
11. Rotating the jack handle clockwise, raise the car so that the wheel came off the earth. Completely unscrew bolts of fastening of a wheel and remove a wheel.

Removal and installation of the electric motor of a heater

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from the "minus" plug of the battery.
2. To remove levers of a screen wiper and a cover of the water taking away casing.
3. To disconnect a cable from the air supply air duct gate lever.
4. To turn out screws of fastening and to remove an air supply air duct.
5. To disconnect a block with wires from the opposite side.
6. To remove a lock ring. Then to remove washers.
7. To take out the electric motor with a krylchatka of the fan.
8. To install the heater electric motor upside-down.
