6.2.5. Dismantling and assembly of the reducing valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To reduce pressure in a power supply system (see the item 3 of subsection 6.2.2).
2. To turn out a valve stopper from the distributor case (see rice. Basic elements of system of injection of fuel). To remove sealing laying of a stopper.
3. To take out a sealing ring, adjusting washers, a spring, a plunger and the second sealing ring. To replace defective details. Adjusting washers are not recommended to be changed not to break adjustment of the valve.
4. To assemble the valve upside-down, having replaced sealing rings. To tighten a valve stopper the moment of 25 N · m (2,5 kgfs · м).
