PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear of dirt and to wash up outside a transmission.
2. To turn out oil-filling and masloslivny traffic jams and to merge oil from a transmission if before it it was not made.
3. To turn out the screw of fastening and to remove the lever from a rod of the switch of transfers.
4. To turn off three bolts 18 (see rice. The transmission of type 016) and to uncover 16 with laying.
5. To take out from a coupling case the switch of 14 transfers assembled.
6. To turn off bolts of 2 fastenings and to disconnect a case of 1 transmission from a case of the 7th coupling.
7. To beat out a cap 45 of a cover of 41 transmissions by means of the suitable tool.
8. To record primary shaft 19 from a pro-collar for vents and to turn off a bolt 44 from an opposite end face of primary shaft.
9. To clamp a case of 52 transmissions in a vice.
10. To turn off bolts of fastening and to uncover 41 transmissions, having pressed thus an internal ring of the back bearing of primary shaft.
11. To press from primary shaft the second internal ring 39 back bearings.
12. To press a nave 46 with a gear wreath of the 5th transfer.
13. To beat out a pin of the 37th fastening from a fork of the 5th transfer.
14. To remove a lock ring 27 (see rice. Primary shaft of KP 016).
15. To remove a gear wheel 4 (see rice. A transmission of type 016) the 5th transfer with the synchronizer and a fork of inclusion 36 5th transfers.
16. To remove two rows of the needle bearing 49.
17. To turn off restrictive bolts of 29 rods of forks
18. To include one of transfers and to record primary shaft from a pro-collar. To turn off a bolt 35 from an end face of a secondary shaft.
19. To press a gear wheel 33 5th transfers from a secondary shaft and to remove an adjusting washer of 32 gear wheels of the 5th transfer.
20. To beat out a spring pin 24 of a lead 23 rods of switching of the 1st and 2nd transfers, having substituted a support under a rod not to damage an opening in a case.
21. To beat out a pin 27 of a fork of the 28th switching of the 3rd and 4th transfers, having substituted a support under a rod not to damage an opening in a case.
22. To take out a rod of 21 forks of switching of the 3rd and 4th transfers from a case.
23. To turn out a stopper 15 (see rice. A case of a transmission of type 016) and to take out from a case a clamp 17 with a spring 18.
24. To turn out a bolt 51 (see rice. Transmission of type 016) fastenings of the intermediate lever of 53 inclusions of a backing.
25. To put forward, as far as possible, primary 19 and secondary the 26th shaft from a case of a transmission and to take out primary shaft 19 together with a fork of the 28th switching of the 3rd and 4th transfers.
26. To take out a backing clamp, having taken aside the intermediate lever of 53 inclusions of a backing.
27. To take out a secondary shaft 26 with a rod of 22 forks of the 25th switching of the 1st and 2nd transfers.
28. To remove a spring bracket 21 (see rice. A case of a transmission of type 016) the synchronizer of a backing and to turn off a bolt of the 19th fastening of a plate 22.
29. To take out from a case a plate 22 and axis 23 with a spring 24, the synchronizer 25 and an intermediate gear wheel of the 26th backing.
30. To turn out a speedometer drive reducer.
31. To turn off a bolt 3 (see rice. A case of a transmission of type 016) fastenings of a flange of 12 half shafts, having recorded a flange through openings under fastening bolts by means of a bar or a small beard.
32. To turn off bolts of the 13th fastening of a cover of the 11th differential.
33. To uncover the 11th differential with a sealing ring by means of two screw-drivers.
34. To take out differential 10 assembled from a coupling case.
