PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish differential assembled in a coupling case.
2. To establish a cover of differential and to wrap bolts of its fastening the moment of 25 N · m (2,5 kgfs · м).
3. To establish flanges of a half shaft and to wrap bolts of their fastening the moment of 20 N · m (2,0 kgfs · l), having recorded thus flanges from a provorachivaniye.
4. To establish axis 23 (see rice. Case of a transmission of type 016) intermediate gear wheel of a backing. To establish on an axis an intermediate gear wheel of the 26th backing, the synchronizer 25 and a spring 24. To check before installation an axial gap between an end face of the synchronizer 25 and an end face of an intermediate gear wheel of the 26th backing. It has to be 0,75–2,30 mm (minimum admissible 0,20 mm). After that to insert a plate 22 and to record it on a transmission case a bolt 19. To put on synchronizer 25 fingers a spring bracket 21.
5. To insert a secondary shaft together with a rod of a fork of the 1st and 2nd transfers to a transmission case, having drawn in thus a clamp.
6. To insert a clamp of the 28th backing into a transmission case.

8. To start the lever 27 of inclusion of a backing in a transmission case before combination of its carving plug with a bolt then to wrap a bolt of the 5th fastening of the lever the moment of 35 N · m (3,5 kgfs · м).
9. To include several times a backing and to check ease of operation of the intermediate mechanism of inclusion of a backing.

To Napressovat an internal ring 14 (see rice. Primary shaft of KP 016) cylindrical roller bearing, previously its heating to temperature of 120 °C. After that to install the bearing 15.
22. To determine thickness of a lock ring 16 so that the axial gap did not exceed 0,05 mm.
23. To establish on primary shaft a gear wheel 28 5th transfers with the synchronizer coupling, the needle bearing 29 with an internal ring 30 and a fork 36 (see rice. Transmission of type 016).
24. To record a fork of inclusion of the 5th transfer by a spring pin 37.
25. To establish a lock ring 27 (see rice. Primary shaft of KP 016).
26. To install the synchronizer of the 5th transfer on a nave.
27. To Napressovat a nave 25 with a gear wreath on primary shaft, previously its heating to temperature of 120 °C.
28. To Napressovat the second internal ring 22 bearings.

30. To Napressovat the first internal ring 42 bearings.
31. To establish a washer 43 and to wrap a bolt 44 in an end face of primary shaft the moment of 50 N · m (5,0 kgfs · м).
32. To wrap bolts of fastening of a cover the moment of 25 N · m (2,5 kgfs · м).
33. To establish a new cap 45.
34. To apply a thin film of sealant on the interfaced surfaces of cases of a transmission and coupling and to connect them. To tighten fastening bolts the moment of 25 N · m (2,5 kgfs · м).
