6.1.15.1. Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine

GENERAL INFORMATION

Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine at the carburetor 2E2

1 – restrictive screw of a butterfly valve;
2 – lever of a butterfly valve;
3 – mobile rod of a pneumatic actuator;
4 – pneumatic actuator of a butterfly valve of the first chamber;
5 – adjusting screw of a vystupaniye of a rod of a pneumatic actuator;
6 – cam of the drive of the accelerating pump;
7 – lock screw;
8 – accelerating pump;
9 – lever of the drive of the accelerating pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To start and warm up the engine.
2. To remove the air filter (see subsection 6.1.2).
3. To disconnect a hose (5) (see rice. The air filter) from the valve of a temperature regulator and to muffle a hose opening.
4. To disconnect from a tee a hose to a pneumatic actuator of a butterfly valve of the first chamber and to muffle a hose opening.
5. To check and if it is necessary, to adjust turn of the restrictive screw (1) (see rice. Adjustment of frequency of rotation of start-up of the engine at the carburetor 2E2) on the lever of a butterfly valve the frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft. It has to be within (3000±200) min.-1.
