6.1.15.3. Check of a pneumatic actuator of a butterfly valve of the second chamber

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To connect to a pneumatic actuator (see rice. Carburetor 2E2 details) the vacuum gage and the vacuum pump and to create depression of 50 Mbar in a pneumatic actuator. If it does not fall within 2 min., the pneumatic actuator is tight.
2. Completely to open a butterfly valve of the first chamber, supporting depression of 50 Mbar in a pneumatic actuator of a butterfly valve of the second chamber. The butterfly valve of the second chamber has to open completely. If the butterfly valve of the second chamber did not open or opened not completely, the pneumatic actuator of the gate means is faulty and it needs to be replaced.
