PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To uncover the starting arrangement (see rice. Carburetor 2E2 details).
2. To delay down a control lever the air gate and to fix in this situation.
3. To connect the vacuum gage and the vacuum pump to a pneumatic actuator of the air gate.
4. To create depression of 100 Mbar in a pneumatic actuator. If the pneumatic actuator is tight, depression should not fall more than on 5 Mbar a minute and decrease less than to 40 Mbar.
5. To bring depression in a pneumatic actuator to 200–300 Mbar.
6. To measure by means of probes a starting gap And (see rice. Carburetor 1B3 details) the first step of the air gate, it has to be (1,8±0,15) mm. If necessary to adjust a gap turn of the screw of adjustment of the course of a diaphragm which is located in a pneumatic actuator cover end face (see rice. Carburetor 2E2 details).
7. To close a cap an atmospheric opening of a pneumatic actuator and to create in it depression of 200 Mbar which should not change within 1 min. if the drive is tight.
8. To measure by the probe a starting gap And the second step of the air gate which (4,0±0,15) mm for the car with mechanical transmission and (3,9±0,15) mm for cars with automatic transmission have to be.
9. If it is necessary, to adjust a gap the screw in an end face of a rod of a pneumatic actuator of the air gate.
