3.2.2.10. Removal, check and installation of the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To take off a belt of the drive of a camshaft and a vibroquencher with a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (see subitem 2-5 of subsection 3.2.2.7).
2. To remove an oil case (see subsection 3.1.2.13).
3. To remove a cogwheel of the 6th camshaft (see rice. A flywheel, a cranked shaft, the oil pump), having turned off a bolt of its fastening.
4. To remove a back cover of the 7th drive of a camshaft (see rice. Camshaft drive details), having turned off bolts of its fastening.
5. Having unbent the ends of lock washers, to turn off two bolts fixing the receiver of the oil pump to the block.
6. Having unbent the ends of lock washers, to turn off two bolts fixing the receiver to the oil pump. To remove the receiver 12 and laying 13 (see rice. Flywheel, cranked shaft, oil pump).
7. To turn off bolts of fastening of the oil pump. To remove the pump 1 and laying 2.
8. To unscrew screws of fastening of a cover of the pump and to uncover.
9. To turn out the reducing valve.
10. To clear details of the pump of dirt and to wash out in gasoline. To examine pump details. If on a cover there are wear tracks, it needs to be replaced. Gear wheels of the pump can be changed on new only in couple. To replace laying 2 pumps and laying of the 13th receiver, a forward epiploon 16 cranked shaft.
11. To collect and install the oil pump upside-down. Before a press fitting to oil an epiploon the engine. If on cranked to a shaft in that place at which the epiploon worked, deepening was formed, it is necessary to press an epiploon more deeply so that the working edge of an epiploon worked on a cranked shaft behind deepening. To replace lock washers of bolts of fastening of the pump and receiver. On gear wheels of the pump there is a triangular tag, it has to be directed to a pump cover. To tighten bolts of fastening of the pump the moment: short bolts and a rack – 10 N · m (1,0 kgfs · l); long bolts – 20 N · m (2,0 kgfs · м). Bolts of fastening of the receiver to tighten the moment of 10 N · m (1,0 kgfs · м).
