PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. The special adaptation to squeeze springs of the valve and to remove crackers 10 (see rice. A head of the block of cylinders, a camshaft and valves) from a valve core. |
2. Gradually weakening pressing the adaptation lever, to allow valve springs to be unclenched completely. To remove the adaptation. |
3. To remove a plate of the 9th spring, to take out external 7 and internal the 8th springs. |
4. To take out the valve 2 of the directing plug 4 from the combustion chamber, previously having marked them number of the valve. |
5. To remove an oil scraper cap 5 and a basic washer of the 6th spring |
6. To clear a head and a core of the valve of a deposit. After that to check a condition of valves, size of wear of valves and the directing plugs, working facets of valves, saddles and valvate springs. To replace oil scraper caps on new irrespective of their state. |
7. To install valves upside-down according to earlier made marking. Before installation to grease a core of the valve and the directing plugs with engine oil. It is core valves better to put on plastic plugs not to damage an oil scraper cap at installation of the valve. After installation of crackers of the valve to remove the adaptation for compression of springs and to strike with a hammer with a soft head on a valve core to be convinced that crackers rose into place. After installation of valves on the engines which are not equipped with hydropushers to check and if it is necessary, to adjust gaps between cams of a camshaft and pushers of valves (see subsection 3.1.2.8) for WH, KP, WC and RT engines. KU and NF engines have hydropushers of valves. |
