3.1.2.12. Replacement of epiploons of a cranked shaft

Forward epiploon

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To take off a belt of the drive of a camshaft and a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (see subitem 1-10 of subsection 3.1.2.9).
2. To turn out bolts of fastening of the holder of the 6th epiploon (see rice. Cranked shaft and block of cylinders). To remove the holder of an epiploon and laying 7.
3. To take out an old epiploon 5 of the holder.
4. To press a new epiploon, previously having oiled it engine.
5. To establish the holder of an epiploon into place, having replaced laying.
6. To tighten bolts evenly on a diagonal the moment of 20 N · m (2,0 kgfs · м).
7. To establish a cogwheel of a cranked shaft and a belt of the drive of a camshaft.

Back epiploon

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a flywheel (see subitem 1-2 of subsection 3.1.2.11).
2. To remove the holder of a back epiploon with an epiploon and laying
3. To take out an old epiploon from the holder and to clear a place of its landing.
4. To press a new epiploon, previously having oiled it engine.
5. To establish the holder of an epiploon into place, having replaced laying.
6. Evenly on a diagonal to twirl bolts and to tighten the moment 10 N · m (1,0 kgfs · м).
7. To establish a flywheel.
