Order of a tightening of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders
The engine is removed from the car
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. To remove the top cover 8 (see rice. Camshaft drive details) camshaft drive.
| 2. To turn off eight nuts and to uncover the 11th heads of the block of cylinders (see rice. Four-cylinder engine).
| 3. To remove an inlet pipe and a final collector.
||4. To turn a cranked shaft for a pulley so that the piston of the 1st cylinder rose in the top dead point (v.m.t.) a compression step (both valves are closed). Thus the tag on a pulley of a cranked shaft coincides with an arrow on the lower cover of the drive of a camshaft, and a tag on a camshaft cogwheel – with a tag on the top cover of the drive of a camshaft (or with the top plane of laying of a cover of a head of cylinders on the left side of the engine), as shown in drawing.
|5. Finally to turn off a nut 16 and to remove a natyazhitel of the 15th belt.
|6. To turn off a bolt of fastening of a back cover of the 10th drive of a camshaft to a head of the block of cylinders.
|7. To turn off bolts of the 14th fastening of a head of the 15th block of cylinders. To turn off bolts evenly as it should be, the return specified rice. Order of a tightening of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders.
|8. To remove a head of the block of cylinders.
|9. To remove laying of the 7th head of the block.
| 10. To establish a head of the block of cylinders upside-down. Thus it is necessary to replace laying of the 7th head of the block and laying of the 9th cover of a head of the block of cylinders. Laying 7 has to be established on a surface of the block of cylinders by the words "OBEN-TOP" up. To tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders in the sequence shown on rice. An order of a tightening of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders, in three stages: the 1st stage – 40 N · m (4,0 kgfs · l); the 2nd stage – 60 N · m (6,0 kgfs · l); – to tighten the 3rd stage further half way (180 °).
The engine on the car
In need of grinding in or replacement of valves, removal of a deposit from walls of combustion chambers, replacements of laying of a head of the block of cylinders, etc. it is possible to remove a block head, without dismantling the engine from the car.
