2. Weakening pressing the adaptation lever, to release valve springs. To remove the adaptation. To remove a plate of the 6th spring, to take out external 5 and internal 4 springs of the valve.
3. To take out the valve 2 of the directing plug from the combustion chamber.

It is possible to put on plastic plugs a core of the valve not to damage an oil scraper cap at installation of the valve. After installation of crackers of the valve into place to remove the adaptation for compression of springs and to strike with a hammer with a soft head on a valve core end face to be convinced of the correct installation of crackers. For engines of the DR and DS models of release till September, 1985 after installation of valves to check and if it is necessary, to adjust gaps between cams of a camshaft and pushers of valves (see subsection 3.1.2.8).
